Join Us For A Bloomin' Good Time At The Orchid Auction
Calling all orchid lovers! Mark your calendars and make your plans to join us on Saturday, March 29th for the Tampa Orchid Club’s Annual Orchid Auction—one of the club's most exciting events of the year! It's shaping up to be a perfect Florida spring day. The Tampa Orchid Club's Auction is a great event for all. From first-time growers to passionate collectors, there is sure to be a plant (or 20) up for grabs that will compliment your collection or greenhouse.
Auction Plant List
With a list spanning over 200 stunning orchids up for bid, including 260 individual plants and 11 boxes containing 3-5 plants each, this is your chance to expand your collection with rare and beautiful varieties.
(PLEASE NOTE: We encourage you to print the plant list on your own and bring it with you to help TOC conserve resources. Only a limited amount of auction lists will be available.)
Event Details
Auctioneer Laura Newton always brings her signature blend of expertise and humor, making the bidding process both fun and educational. Plus, all proceeds go towards supporting our club’s monthly programs, trips, and events!
🔹 Location: USF Botanical Gardens - 12210 USF Pine Drive, Tampa, FL 33612
🔹 Cost: $5 Admission (free parking - see note below)
🔹 Plant Preview: 9:30 AM
🔹 Auction Begins: 10:00 AM (runs until about 2:00 PM)
🔹 Lunch Available for Purchase: 12:00 PM (30 Minutes, Auction Resumes 12:30 PM)
🔹 Door Prize Giveaway! (Must be present to win)
🚗 Important Parking Update: Parking is no longer permitted in the field across the street. However, additional spaces are available inside the Gardens, and overflow parking (marked with signage) is just down the street on the same side as the entrance.
