Join TOC Tomorrow: April Meeting Features Orchids 101 Program + New Option To Pay Dues Online (Future Members Welcome!)

The Tampa Orchid Club is excited for tomorrow’s monthly meeting, Tuesday, April 28, at the usual building in Northdale Park. Doors open at 9:30 a.m. and the meeting officially starts at 10 a.m. It's shaping up to be a fantastic gathering for longtime members and first-time visitors alike.

Orchids 101 w/ Bill Thoms

This month’s featured presentation is Orchids 101 with club favorite Bill Thoms. If you’ve ever had questions about your orchids, this is the perfect meeting to attend. Take a few minutes today to check on your plants, jot down any questions you may have, and consider snapping a few photos of any issues you’d like help identifying.

Whether you’re brand new to orchids or have been growing for years, Bill’s presentations are always informative, entertaining, and full of practical advice you can actually use at home.

!!!NEW!!! Online Membership Registration & Payment Option Rollout

It is dues renewal season! This is a great time for new members to join and align with our fiscal year right from the start. We will be rolling out our new online membership registration and renewal feature at the April meeting.

We will launch the online renewal and registration feature at the meeting, and for anyone who would like to register or renew with a credit card through the new registration option, on-site support will be available to help if any issues arise.

Following the launch of online registration at the meeting, we will link the registration and payment features on the website so new members can join throughout the year.

If you’ve been following TOC online and thinking about becoming a member, this is a great time to join the Tampa Orchid Club and become part of a welcoming community of orchid enthusiasts who love learning, sharing, and growing together.

Member Plant Sale

There will also be a member sale during the meeting. If you plan to bring orchids to sell, please inspect your plants beforehand and make sure there are no visible pests or signs of disease. Healthy plants help keep everyone’s collections thriving.
